A capsule hotel is a modern short-stay accommodation concept where, instead of traditional rooms, guests sleep in compact private sleeping pods — capsules. Each capsule is designed for one person and comes fully equipped for a comfortable rest: an orthopedic mattress, bed linen, a pillow, ventilation, lighting, power outlets, and USB charging. The concept originated in Japan in the 1970s and is now popular worldwide, especially at airports and train stations.

General Questions About Capsule Hotels
12 questionsInside, a capsule feels like a cozy private sleeping compartment: approximately 2 meters long, 90–100 cm wide, and 60–80 cm high. It includes an orthopedic mattress, a full set of bed linen, a pillow, a 220 V power outlet, USB-A and USB-C ports, adjustable lighting, and ventilation. Each capsule closes with a curtain or a light door for privacy. A storage locker is located next to the capsule or inside it.
The key differences are compact size, affordable pricing, and hourly billing. A traditional hotel requires at least a full night's stay. At GettSleep, you can book from 4 hours and pay only for the time you need — ideal for layovers and flight waits. The capsule is smaller than a standard room, but everything you need for sleep is there: mattress, linen, power outlets, and Wi-Fi. Shared shower and toilet facilities (in most hotels) are available to all guests.
Yes. GettSleep hotels provide multi-layer security: electronic locks on every capsule and room, 24/7 CCTV surveillance, and access control to the sleeping area. A passport is required at check-in. Reception staff are on duty around the clock. No one can open another guest's capsule — only the guest with their own electronic key can access their pod.
Families with children are welcome at GettSleep hotels. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For families, the most convenient option is the "Coupe" room type at Terminal C — it features two separate beds, a work desk, and an en-suite bathroom. The "Yin-Yang" room at Terminal C — with a double bed and en-suite bathroom — is also a good choice. Individual capsules are not suitable for young children; a mini-room is the better option.
The maximum continuous stay in a single capsule is 24 hours. If you need longer, a new booking is required (subject to availability). All hotels operate around the clock, every day of the year, so you can check in and check out at any time.
GettSleep is a Russian capsule hotel chain specializing in airport accommodation. There are currently 5 hotels in operation: four at Sheremetyevo Airport (SVO) — at Terminal C (international zone), Terminal B Landside (public zone), Terminal B Departure (domestic departures zone), and at the Aeroexpress station — plus one at Terminal C of Tolmachevo Airport (OVB, Novosibirsk). You can learn more about each hotel and make a booking on the Our Hotels page.
Registration is not required: you can book a capsule as a guest by entering your name, phone number, and email. That said, creating an account lets you store your booking history and speeds up future reservations. Bookings are available online at gettsleep.com 24 hours a day.
No — a capsule hotel is one of the most affordable accommodation options at an airport. GettSleep prices start from ₽700/hour (Terminal C, single upper capsule, daytime rate). Terminal B Landside starts from ₽900/hour, Terminal B Departure from ₽700/hour, Aeroexpress from ₽2,500 for 4 hours, and Tolmachevo from ₽850/hour. The minimum booking is 4 hours at all hotels. Early booking discounts can save you up to 75%. See the Discounts page for details. For comparison, a night at hotels near the airport typically costs ₽5,000–10,000, while 8 hours of comfortable sleep at GettSleep costs several times less.
A standard single capsule is designed for one guest — the 90–100 cm sleeping width does not accommodate two people. However, there are great options for couples and travel companions:
• Double capsule — extra space with two sets of bed linen, available at Terminal C and Aeroexpress.
• "Yin-Yang" room — a mini-room with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, available at Terminal C.
• "Coupe" room — two separate beds, a work desk, and an en-suite bathroom, available at Terminal C.
GettSleep hotels place a strong emphasis on soundproofing and comfort. Every capsule is fitted with sound-absorbing materials, and a strict quiet policy is enforced around the clock — loud talking, music without headphones, and phone calls are prohibited. The capsule design is engineered to minimize sound transfer between adjacent pods.
Of course, complete silence — as in a private room at a traditional hotel — is not guaranteed, as other guests are nearby. However, with the curtain or door closed, noise levels drop significantly. Many guests report sleeping just as well as in a regular hotel. The GettSleep chain averages 4.7 out of 5 on Yandex Maps based on over 1,100 reviews.
Yes. Every GettSleep capsule has an individual ventilation system with a continuous supply of fresh air. The sleeping area is maintained at a comfortable temperature year-round by a climate control system. You won't feel stuffy or short of air — this is a core element of the capsule design. In addition to mechanical ventilation, the pod structure also allows for natural air circulation. If you feel too warm or too cool, speak to reception — the team will do their best to adjust the conditions.
Locations
14 questionsGettSleep operates at two Russian airports:
Sheremetyevo (SVO), Moscow: Terminal C (international sterile zone), Terminal B Landside (public zone between Terminals B and C in the northern complex), Terminal B Departure (sterile domestic departures zone, near gates 115–116), and Aeroexpress (railway station).
Tolmachevo (OVB), Novosibirsk: hotel in Terminal C of Tolmachevo Airport. All hotels are located inside airport infrastructure — a 5 to 20-minute walk to the nearest departure gates.
Sheremetyevo has 4 GettSleep hotels. For an international flight, choose the hotel in Terminal C (international zone, past passport control). For domestic flights, the hotel in Terminal B Departure (domestic departures sterile zone) is the best fit. If you need a place without a boarding pass, try the Terminal B Landside hotel or the Aeroexpress hotel. All options include capsules, bed linen, Wi-Fi, and bathroom facilities.
Yes — GettSleep hotels are located directly inside airport terminals, with no need to go outside. For a layover between international flights, the best option is Terminal C (sterile zone, ~5–10 minutes to the gates). For a layover between domestic flights, choose Terminal B Departure. For a layover in Tolmachevo, use the hotel in Terminal C of Tolmachevo Airport. Minimum booking: 4 hours.
Yes. GettSleep Terminal C is located inside the international sterile zone of Sheremetyevo Terminal C. After passing passport control and security, walk straight through the Duty-Free area toward the Orion business lounge. After a 3–4 minute leisurely walk, you'll see our sign and reception desk on your left. Distance from the gates is approximately 5–10 minutes on foot. Book a spot.
GettSleep Terminal B Landside is situated in the northern terminal complex of Sheremetyevo, which serves the public zone shared by Terminals B and C. Effectively, it's one building: Terminal B on the left, Terminal C on the right, and our hotel in between. There's no need to travel between terminals — we're equally accessible to passengers from both.
Entry is free — no boarding pass required. This hotel is ideal for those meeting or seeing off passengers, travelers with long waits, and passengers who have arrived on a domestic flight and don't want to go through to the sterile zone. Book a spot.
GettSleep Terminal B Departure is located in the domestic flights sterile zone of Terminal B — past security, near gates 115–116. The gate signage is right in front of our hotel. If you're flying domestically from Sheremetyevo Terminal B, clear security and head to gates 115–116 — the hotel will be right there. Distance to the nearest gates is approximately 5–7 minutes on foot. Entry requires a boarding pass for a domestic flight departing from Terminal B. Book a spot.
GettSleep Aeroexpress is located directly at the Sheremetyevo Aeroexpress station, which connects the airport to Belorussky railway station in Moscow. It's the most accessible hotel in the chain — no boarding pass needed, open to everyone. Great for passengers with early-morning or late-night flights. From the hotel, Terminals B and C are just a few minutes away by Aeroexpress or airport shuttle. Book a spot.
Yes. GettSleep OVB operates in Terminal C of Tolmachevo Airport, Novosibirsk. The hotel is located inside the terminal, near the check-in counters. It has 36 beds: single and double capsules with shared showers. Prices start from ₽850/hour (single upper capsule, daytime rate), with a minimum booking of 4 hours. Perfect for passengers waiting for a flight, transiting through OVB, or catching an early-morning departure. Book a spot at Tolmachevo.
The easiest way to reach the Sheremetyevo (SVO) hotels is by Aeroexpress train from Belorussky station (35 minutes). The last Aeroexpress departs around midnight. You can also take a taxi (Yandex Taxi and other services), bus 851/949/M3, or drive your own car. For the Aeroexpress station hotel, get off right at the station. For Terminals B and C, follow the signs inside the airport building.
For OVB (Novosibirsk, Terminal C of Tolmachevo Airport) — take a minibus, taxi (Yandex Taxi), or bus 111 from Novosibirsk.
Getting to GettSleep in Terminal C is straightforward. Follow these steps:
1. Clear passport control and the security screening area in Terminal C.
2. After security, walk straight through the Duty-Free zone toward the Orion business lounge.
3. After a 3–4 minute leisurely walk, you will see our sign and reception desk on your left.
The hotel is in the international sterile zone — you need a boarding pass for an international flight departing from Terminal C. If you get lost, ask any airport staff — everyone knows where GettSleep is. Book a spot.
Sheremetyevo is one of Russia's largest airports, and a layover can last anywhere from a few hours to half a day. The best way to spend that time is to rest at a GettSleep capsule hotel. Depending on your itinerary, choose:
• International transit: GettSleep Terminal C — right in the sterile zone, no need to leave the airport.
• Domestic flights: GettSleep Terminal B Departure — in the domestic departures zone, near gates 115–116.
• No boarding pass: GettSleep Terminal B Landside or Aeroexpress.
Minimum booking: 4 hours. Bed linen, Wi-Fi, a storage locker, and a wake-up call are all included — far more comfortable than trying to sleep in airport seating.
Yes — GettSleep is the only capsule hotel chain operating directly inside Sheremetyevo's terminals. For international transit passengers (those who stay airside between flights) GettSleep Terminal C is the perfect choice: you remain in the international zone, avoid going through passport control again, and can sleep between connections.
For domestic-to-domestic transit — Terminal B Departure (in the domestic departures sterile zone). If you have exited to the public area between flights — Terminal B Landside or Aeroexpress (no boarding pass needed). All hotels operate 24/7.
Terminals B and C at Sheremetyevo are side by side in the northern terminal complex — effectively one building. You can walk between them in 5–10 minutes via a covered indoor passage, without going outside.
If you are in the public (non-sterile) area, the crossing is free — just follow the signs. GettSleep Terminal B Landside is located right between the two terminals and is equally convenient for passengers from both.
Important: if you are already in the sterile zone of one terminal (past security), you cannot transfer directly to the sterile zone of the other — you must exit to the public area and go through security again. Allow at least 1 hour for security and checks — at busy times this can take 1.5–2 hours.
GettSleep OVB is located in Terminal C of Tolmachevo Airport (Novosibirsk). It is the only capsule hotel at Novosibirsk Airport. The hotel is inside the terminal, near the check-in counters — look for the GettSleep sign.
The hotel has 36 beds: single and double capsules. Shared showers, Wi-Fi, and storage lockers are available. Prices start from ₽850/hour, with a minimum booking of 4 hours. The hotel operates around the clock and is ideal for waiting for a flight, overnight stays between connections, or early-morning departures. Book a spot at Tolmachevo.
Transit & Sterile Zone
12 questionsYes. If you have a layover between two domestic flights at Sheremetyevo Terminal B, the best option is GettSleep Terminal B Departure. The hotel is in the domestic flights sterile zone, past security, near gates 115–116. If both flights depart from Terminal B, you won't need to go through security again. For a layover at Tolmachevo, use the hotel in Terminal C of Tolmachevo Airport.
It depends on your itinerary. If you are in transit between two international flights and have not passed through passport control, you can use the Terminal C hotel — it is located in the international sterile zone where you already are.
If you have arrived on an international flight, passed passport control, and entered Russia, you have left the sterile zone. To re-enter Terminal C, you will need a new boarding pass for an international flight departing from Terminal C. Without one, choose Terminal B Landside or Aeroexpress.
A sterile (secure) zone is the part of the airport beyond passport control and/or security screening, accessible only to passengers with a valid boarding pass. Here is how it affects access to GettSleep hotels:
• Terminal C — international sterile zone. A boarding pass for an international flight from Terminal C, or international transit passenger status, is required.
• Terminal B Departure — domestic flights sterile zone. A boarding pass for a domestic flight from Terminal B is required.
• Terminal B Landside and Aeroexpress — public areas, no boarding pass needed.
If you have a layover between two international flights through Sheremetyevo Terminal C, you remain in the international sterile zone and can use GettSleep Terminal C without exiting to the public area. After passing through passport control and security, walk straight through the Duty-Free zone toward the Orion business lounge. After a 3–4 minute leisurely walk, you will see our sign and reception desk on your left.
If there is an exit through passport control between your flights, you will be in the public area — in that case Terminal B Landside or Aeroexpress will be the better choice. If in doubt, ask airport staff for directions.
Yes, partially. The Terminal B Landside and Aeroexpress hotels are in publicly accessible areas — no boarding pass is needed to enter. This is convenient for people meeting or dropping off passengers, airport staff, or those who have arrived early. The Terminal C and Terminal B Departure hotels are accessible only to passengers with the relevant boarding pass (international flight for Terminal C, domestic flight for Terminal B Departure).
It depends on your flight type:
• International transit (Terminal C): GettSleep Terminal C — approximately 5–10 minutes on foot to the international gates. The closest option for intercontinental connections.
• Domestic transit (Terminal B): GettSleep Terminal B Departure — next to gates 115–116, approximately 5–7 minutes to the domestic gates.
• Via Aeroexpress: GettSleep Aeroexpress — Terminals B and C are approximately 5–10 minutes away by shuttle or Aeroexpress.
Approximate walking times from each hotel to the gates:
• Terminal C (international gates) — 5–10 minutes on foot.
• Terminal B Departure (domestic gates) — 5–7 minutes on foot.
• Terminal B Landside (to security + gates) — 15–20 minutes including time to clear security.
• Aeroexpress (to Terminals B/C) — 5–10 minutes by shuttle, plus time to the gate inside the terminal.
We recommend allowing at least 1 hour for security and checks — at busy times this can take 1.5–2 hours. Factor this in when planning your departure from the hotel.
It depends on the hotel:
• Terminal C: a boarding pass for an international flight or international transit passenger status (access to the sterile zone) is required.
• Terminal B Departure: a boarding pass for a domestic flight from Terminal B is required.
• Terminal B Landside: no boarding pass required — public access area.
• Aeroexpress: no boarding pass required — public access area.
• OVB (Terminal C, Tolmachevo): please check on-site; access is generally unrestricted.
In all cases, a passport is required for check-in.
We recommend allowing at least 1 hour for security and checks at Sheremetyevo — at busy times this can take 1.5–2 hours. Queues can be especially long during peak departure periods (early morning, public holidays, summer season).
The process includes:
• Passport control (for international flights) — document check and stamp.
• Security screening — personal screening and carry-on X-ray check.
• Additional checks — random spot checks that may add time.
If you are staying at GettSleep Terminal C (international zone) or Terminal B Departure (domestic departures zone), you have already cleared security — it's only a 5–10 minute walk to your gate. However, if you're departing from Terminal B Landside or Aeroexpress, make sure to leave with plenty of time to spare!
Russia allows visa-free transit through international airports for citizens of certain countries, provided the passenger does not leave the sterile zone and holds a ticket for their onward flight. If your transit is through Sheremetyevo Terminal C, you can use GettSleep Terminal C — the hotel is located directly in the international sterile zone, so you do not need to go through passport control.
Important: visa-free transit rules may change. Always verify the current requirements for your nationality with your airline or on the Sheremetyevo Airport website. If your transit requires you to exit to the public area (e.g., to change terminals), a visa will be required.
To enter the sterile zone at Sheremetyevo, you will need:
• For international flights (Terminal C): international passport + boarding pass for an international flight. Transit passengers: international passport + onward flight ticket.
• For domestic flights (Terminal B Departure): passport (Russian or international) + boarding pass for a domestic flight from Terminal B.
Your boarding pass can be obtained via online check-in or at the airport check-in desk. Without a boarding pass, entry to the sterile zone is not permitted. To stay at GettSleep Terminal B Landside or Aeroexpress, no boarding pass is needed — these hotels are in publicly accessible areas.
Yes — and this is one of the most common reasons people book at GettSleep. When your flight is delayed, there's no need to sit in the departure lounge for hours — book a capsule for a few hours and rest in comfort.
• If you are already in the international sterile zone — GettSleep Terminal C.
• If your domestic flight is delayed and you are in Terminal B's sterile zone — GettSleep Terminal B Departure.
• If you are in the public area — Terminal B Landside or Aeroexpress.
Minimum booking: 4 hours. You can book online or directly at the hotel reception (subject to availability). Bed linen, Wi-Fi, a locker, and a wake-up call are included — we'll wake you up in time for your flight.

Room & Capsule Types
10 questionsDepending on the hotel, several formats are available:
Single capsule — a compact sleeping pod with mattress, linen, power outlets, and Wi-Fi. Available in upper or lower bunk.
Double capsule — a larger capsule for two guests, available at Terminal C and Aeroexpress.
Comfort capsule — an upgraded capsule with premium amenities, available at Terminal B Landside, Terminal B Departure, and OVB.
"Coupe" room — a mini-room with two separate beds, a work desk, and an en-suite bathroom (only at Terminal C).
"Yin-Yang" room — a mini-room with a double bed. At Terminal C — with an en-suite bathroom. At Terminal B Landside — without en-suite (shared bathrooms available).
It depends on your priorities:
Capsule — the best choice if price is a priority and you just need a few hours of sleep. Everything you need is included.
"Coupe" room — if you need a work desk, full privacy with an en-suite bathroom, are traveling with a colleague, or simply want more comfort.
"Yin-Yang" room — for couples or those who prefer a double bed. At Terminal C — comes with an en-suite bathroom.
"Coupe" and "Yin-Yang" rooms with en-suite bathrooms are available only at Terminal C. Compare prices and book on the Terminal C page.
GettSleep Terminal C is the largest hotel in the chain (101 beds) with the widest range of accommodation types:
• Single capsule (upper or lower bunk)
• Double capsule (for two guests)
• "Coupe" mini-room: two separate beds, a work desk, en-suite bathroom
• "Yin-Yang" mini-room: double bed, en-suite bathroom (no work desk)
All accommodation at Terminal C is located in the international sterile zone. Book now.
The "Yin-Yang" room is a hotel-style mini-room with a double bed (queen or full size). It offers complete privacy — unlike open capsules. There is no work desk, so for business trips the "Coupe" is the better choice.
Important: an en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin) is available only at Terminal C — book a Yin-Yang at Terminal C. At Terminal B Landside, the Yin-Yang room is available without an en-suite bathroom — guests use shared facilities.
The "Coupe" room is a mini-room with two separate single beds, a work desk, a chair, and an en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin). It's ideal for business travel, working between flights, or accommodating two colleagues. Unlike the Yin-Yang, it includes a dedicated workspace. Available only at Terminal C.
Yes. Double capsules are available at Terminal C and the Aeroexpress hotel. A double capsule features a larger sleeping space and two sets of bed linen. It's suitable for couples or two travel companions who want to share accommodation and save money. For families with children, we recommend the "Coupe" or "Yin-Yang" mini-rooms (with en-suite bathroom) at Terminal C.
Every GettSleep capsule includes: an orthopedic mattress, a pillow, bed linen (fitted sheet, duvet cover or blanket), Wi-Fi, a 220 V power outlet, USB charging (Type-A and Type-C), adjustable lighting, ventilation, a privacy curtain or door, and a storage locker with an electronic lock. Towels are included in the price for all accommodation types. Slippers and a toiletry kit are available for capsule guests at an additional charge; they are included for mini-room guests.
Standard capsules (single, double, comfort) do not have a private bathroom — guests use shared showers and toilets included in the price (in hotels that have shower facilities).
A private bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin) is available only at Terminal C with the following room types:
• "Coupe" room — two beds, work desk, en-suite bathroom.
• "Yin-Yang" room — double bed, en-suite bathroom.
Please note: at Terminal B Landside, the Yin-Yang room is available without an en-suite bathroom. If a private bathroom is important to you, choose Terminal C.
GettSleep single capsules are arranged in two tiers: upper and lower. Here are the main differences:
Upper capsule:
• Lower price — typically the most budget-friendly option
• Reached by a small ladder
• Slightly more private — fewer people passing by
• Can be a touch warmer (warm air rises)
Lower capsule:
• Slightly more expensive than upper
• Easier to access — no climbing required
• Easier to store large luggage
• Recommended for guests with limited mobility
Both tiers have identical amenities: mattress, linen, power outlets, USB, Wi-Fi, ventilation, and a locker. You can choose your tier when booking.
Terminal B at Sheremetyevo has two GettSleep hotels. Please note that Terminal B serves domestic flights only.
Terminal B Landside (public zone, 22 beds):

• "Yin-Yang" room (no en-suite bathroom — shared facilities)

Terminal B Departure (domestic flights sterile zone, 16 beds):

Coworking zones are available at two hotels:
• Terminal C — a dedicated coworking area with desks, power outlets, and Wi-Fi.
• Aeroexpress — a coworking area with workstations.
The other hotels (Terminal B Landside, Terminal B Departure, OVB) do not have a dedicated coworking space, but lounge areas with tables are available. The "Coupe" room at Terminal C has its own work desk — the perfect option for working between flights.
GettSleep hotels offer hot and cold beverages: coffee, tea, and water. Full room service or in-capsule food delivery is not available. Sheremetyevo and Tolmachevo airports have a wide range of cafés, restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance — including in the international zone of Terminal C and in the domestic departures zone of Terminal B.
The wake-up call service is included in the price of your stay. When you check in, let the receptionist know your desired wake-up time and they will wake you at the right moment. You can also set an alarm on your phone. For important flights, we recommend using both.

At Tolmachevo (Terminal C) — yes, shared showers are available to all hotel guests and are included in the price.
If a shower is essential, we recommend Terminal C (shared showers + en-suite in "Coupe" and "Yin-Yang" rooms) or Aeroexpress (shared showers).

Documents can be issued to either an individual or a company. Corporate clients can pay by bank transfer — for details, contact us through the Contact section.
GettSleep hotels are located in modern airport terminals equipped with elevators and ramps. For guests with limited mobility, we recommend choosing lower capsules (no ladder required) or the "Coupe" and "Yin-Yang" mini-rooms at Terminal C — these are on a single level and have en-suite bathrooms.
If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance via the Contact section or email support@gettsleep.com — we will do our best to find the most suitable accommodation option.
Rules & Safety
10 questionsCheck-in takes 2–3 minutes. Come to the reception desk with your passport (Russian or international) and your booking confirmation (printed or on your phone screen). The staff will verify your documents, ask you to sign the house rules agreement, and issue an electronic key card for your capsule and locker. For walk-in guests without a prior booking, payment is made at the desk.
A passport is required for check-in: Russian or international. Foreign nationals must present an international passport. Children under 14 check in with the documents of the accompanying parent or guardian. Having your online booking confirmation (email or screenshot) significantly speeds up the process.
A quiet policy is in effect around the clock in all capsule and room areas. Loud talking, music without headphones, noisy phone calls, and any behavior that disturbs other guests are prohibited. This rule applies at all hours — day and night — as someone is always sleeping in the hotel. Violating the quiet policy will result in a warning; repeated violations may lead to eviction without a refund.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout all GettSleep hotel premises — in capsules, rooms, corridors, bathrooms, and coworking areas. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas within the airport, outside the hotel. A fine in accordance with hotel policy will be charged for violations.
There are no specific age restrictions — guests of all ages are welcome at GettSleep hotels. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For guests traveling with children, we recommend the "Coupe" or "Yin-Yang" rooms at Terminal C — the "Coupe" has two separate beds, a work desk, and an en-suite bathroom, while the "Yin-Yang" has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
Pets are not allowed at any GettSleep hotel. This policy applies to all animals, regardless of size. Please check with veterinary boarding facilities or specialist pet hotels near the airport for pet accommodation options.
Safety is provided on several levels:
• Electronic locks on every capsule and room — no one can open another guest's capsule.
• CCTV in all common hotel areas.
• Access control at the entrance to the sleeping area.
• Storage locker with an electronic lock at every accommodation unit.
• 24/7 reception desk — staff are always present.
A passport is required for check-in, eliminating anonymous access.
Yes. All GettSleep hotels operate 24/7, including overnight, weekends, and public holidays. Reception accepts guests at any hour. Night check-in follows the standard procedure: present your passport and booking confirmation (or book on the spot if rooms are available).
Nighttime is one of the most popular periods — many passengers with early-morning flights arrive at the airport the evening before. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak season. Book: Terminal C, B Landside, B Departure, Aeroexpress, OVB.
If you have not vacated your capsule or room by the end of your paid period, additional hours are charged at the current rate. There is no separate "penalty" — the extra time is simply billed in full. Early booking discounts do not apply to additional hours.
We recommend setting an alarm or using the wake-up call service (included in the price) — reception staff can wake you 15–30 minutes before your booking expires if you ask them to.
No. Only registered guests — those who have checked in and received an electronic key — are permitted in the capsule and room area. Bringing outside visitors (friends, relatives, or acquaintances) into the sleeping area is not allowed, as this compromises the privacy and security of other guests.
If you want to share accommodation with someone, book a double capsule (available at Terminal C and Aeroexpress) or a "Yin-Yang" / "Coupe" mini-room at Terminal C. Each guest will receive their own key.
