Due to an unscheduled landing at the Novosibirsk airport, I had to stay in a capsule hotel for the first time. The experience was gained and I have no desire to repeat it. I'll start with the receptionist - the employee is very hospitable and polite. She accepted the payment and showed me the place where I would spend the night. At first glance, everything is ok. You begin to realize the disadvantages when you want to get under the blanket, but there is none! But there is a fleece (synthetic), green blanket covered in pellets, the most unpleasant blanket! Ventilation is poor, stuffy! I ended up sleeping with the door ajar. Top view of communications, ventilation pipes and, in general, somehow unfinished. Very economical and there is a lack of desire to please the guest. A bottle of water and a toothbrush. That's all! Wet wipes could be kindly provided as part of the payment for a 12-hour stay costing 5,000 rubles. It seems to me that it would be quite reasonable to stock the place with the necessary things for the guest.

Very convenient, you can relax right at the airport. Excellent staff, attentive, polite. Quiet and calm. Everything is clean.

I stayed in a capsule hotel during a layover in Novosibirsk and was satisfied. Everything is very convenient for a short holiday: clean capsules, fresh bed, quiet atmosphere. The staff was friendly, they checked us in quickly and told us how everything worked. There are sockets, light, a little space for things - everything is thought out. The only negative is that there are not many showers, sometimes you have to wait. Overall, a great option for transit!

It’s very convenient when you have to wait a long time for a flight, you can relax and not have to go anywhere to look for a hotel.

They are renaming, so if you don’t find such a hotel locally, that’s normal. Of course, I would also like an equipped kitchen, of course, isolating it from the capsules, and so I could sleep and wash myself well. The sound of norms when new guests push their suitcases under the capsule is difficult to ignore.

Hi all. Not a bad place if you are tired, want to sleep, and have time to rest (take a nap) before the flight. There are different categories of capsules, the Wake Up for Flight service. On the downside, you can hear all the flight announcements, on the upside, they give you earplugs (they don’t really help much)... At other airports, capsule hotels are just a vacation in a quiet place, with good sound insulation. If you're falling off your feet, then perhaps this will suit you, at least horizontally, on a clean bed

Capsule hotel. Inexpensive, but you can get a good night's sleep. The linen is clean and pleasant. There is a shower, which is comfortable. There is a canteen nearby during the day and a grocery store at night. There is a box under lock and key.

In three hours I had a very sweet sleep, no noise bothered me, warm, cozy and comfortable, the service was very friendly, thank you, I really enjoyed your stay ☺️
