Real feedback from travelers staying at our capsule hotels
They refused to check in using the application for business lounges (where they were presented), payment was only by card) There were empty seats
On the plus side, it’s a good opportunity to relax in a horizontal position. The downside is that if you follow the tunnel from Tinkoff Premium, you may encounter problems. I literally had to defend my right to rest in the capsule. Administrator Arina persistently told me that only the upper capsules were accessible through the tunnel, and they were all booked. When I showed her that there were 5 free capsules on the site, they reluctantly checked me in, commenting that we should turn off this nonsense altogether and let her in only with full payment, and that from this capsule she could earn a lot of money for the company from ordinary visitors 🤦🏼♀️ The highlight was that every lounge said that visiting is until 4 o'clock. I was woken up exactly three hours later by a knock on the door. There was no longer any strength to argue; the mood was spoiled from the start.
I found such a delicious marigold in my capsule. In a capsule, sleep either with the curtain open and noise, or closed and left without air.
Just an overnight stay at a fabulous price
Unreasonably expensive
This was my first time using a capsule hotel service. I was pleasantly surprised by the service, clean and comfortable. Instead of sitting in the waiting room, you can lie down and sleep. Everything for comfort, a charging socket, a place to leave your suitcase if you haven’t registered yet. And on top of that they gave me a voucher for a discounted lunch. Business lunch with a choice of three dishes and tea, price 500 rubles, which is very good for an airport. Again, a cafe, they brought it, I didn’t take it myself, they showed me where the socket for charging the phone was, the dishes were removed immediately. I hope my review will be useful to someone. I recommend. The pricing policy is also quite adequate. They offered me a promotional offer, almost six hours for the price of three.
I booked and paid for 4 hours of sleep, but as it turned out that day they had renovations. It's been 5 days and the money still hasn't been returned.
Too expensive
Expensive, cramped, stuffy, noisy. If you are very tired, then of course it will do. If you need to put your baby to bed, it’s better to go to the mother and baby room. It's free, there are excellent bedrooms with normal beds. Located on the same floor in the farthest corner of Terminal C
I'm mad about the traffic jam, why such a traffic jam, they couldn't leave the barrier open. All the people would come in and leave as appropriate. No one plans to stay in your terminal forever
Expensive and busy.
Clean bedding. But audibility is very good. In fact, the hotel is made of “cardboard boxes”. Some visitors are very noisy, the administrators were inactive. I won't go a second time.
It’s very expensive to sleep for the night, the price per hour is 950 rubles, we are shocked. Mere mortals need to sit, because not everyone can afford it at that price.
Expensive and no seats
There were no free seats, some of the capsules did not work due to broken locks
The hotel is located in the transit zone (this is not indicated anywhere) and you can only get into it if you have an international flight and have a ticket. My flight was domestic and I was not allowed in accordingly (I found out this already at 1 am when I was left without a place to stay for the night - thank you!). No one has returned the money yet.
Terrible hotel. The only positive thing is clean bed linen. Of the minuses: stuffy, noisy, no sound insulation, as if you were lying in a terminal. In general, we didn’t manage to sleep the whole night. I don’t recommend it to anyone!
Not very, a bit cramped!
