I really liked it. Clean, neat. Water and personal hygiene products are given in a capsule. After an overnight flight without sleep, it's a real lifesaver. Very nice administrator. She told me everything and was friendly. Best wishes, I really want a shower, it would also be great to get some coffee before leaving.

For the first time in my life, I spent 6 hours at the airport not on a bench, but in a horizontal position. Very comfortable capsule, three types of light, socket. Cool air blew from the ventilation; if it’s hot, you can ask and they will give you a mini-fan. It was not possible to sleep, since the people around me think only about themselves and don’t care that they are resting in the neighboring capsules. The curtains move with a roar. Overall the impression is good, still a vacation is a vacation than wandering around the terminal for hours. REALLY NEED TOILETS!

No place to wash

Due to an unscheduled landing at the Novosibirsk airport, I had to stay in a capsule hotel for the first time. The experience was gained and I have no desire to repeat it. I'll start with the receptionist - the employee is very hospitable and polite. She accepted the payment and showed me the place where I would spend the night. At first glance, everything is ok. You begin to realize the disadvantages when you want to get under the blanket, but there is none! But there is a fleece (synthetic), green blanket covered in pellets, the most unpleasant blanket! Ventilation is poor, stuffy! I ended up sleeping with the door ajar. Top view of communications, ventilation pipes and, in general, somehow unfinished. Very economical and there is a lack of desire to please the guest. A bottle of water and a toothbrush. That's all! Wet wipes could be kindly provided as part of the payment for a 12-hour stay costing 5,000 rubles. It seems to me that it would be quite reasonable to stock the place with the necessary things for the guest.

They are renaming, so if you don’t find such a hotel locally, that’s normal. Of course, I would also like an equipped kitchen, of course, isolating it from the capsules, and so I could sleep and wash myself well. The sound of norms when new guests push their suitcases under the capsule is difficult to ignore.
