Payment is made via the authorization server of the Bank's Processing center using Bank credit cards of the following payment systems:

To pay for your purchase, you will be redirected to payment gateway of Russian Standard Bank to enter your card details. Please prepare your plastic card in advance. This site supports 256-bit encryption. The information entered on this page is protected by special means.

If your bank supports the technology of secure online payments Verified By Visa or MasterCard Secure Code, you may also need to enter a special password to make a payment. You can check the methods and possibility of obtaining passwords for making online payments at the bank that issued the card.

Payments by bank cards are carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of payment systems.

After the payment has been made, a letter will be sent to the e-mail address indicated upon reservation with information about the booking and ordered services.

If allowed by the booking and cancellation conditions, you may cancel your online booking and receive a refund. To request a refund, you must send a request to the email address indicated on the contact page of our website. The funds are returned strictly to the card with which the payment was made.

The refund can take up to 14 working days to go back into your account. The reason is that both our provider and the bank that issued your card need to process the refund. Unfortunately, we cannot speed up this process. But if you have been waiting for more than 14 working days, please get in touch with us so we can check if something has gone wrong.
